A New Chapter...
I’m beyond excited to share that my sweet husband and I have officially moved to Statesville, North Carolina! After years of photographing beautiful weddings in East Tennessee, we’re planting roots in a new town. I’m overjoyed to be bringing my true-to-color, timeless wedding photography aesthetic to couples across the Carolinas!
Why Did You Move?
Our transition to Statesville, North Carolina, was for my husband’s work. He was recently offered a wonderful job as a youth minister at a local church, and while it was bittersweet to say goodbye to our home, friends, and family in East Tennessee, we’ve been welcomed by the kindest people, charming downtowns, and beautiful rolling hills. Statesville already feels like home!
What's Not Changing?
Though my zip code has changed, my approach to photography hasn’t. I’m still chasing authentic moments, golden hour light, and quiet portraits filled with meaning. I believe in true-to-color editing, relaxed posing, and capturing love exactly as it is.
What's New?
While I’m now based in North Carolina, East Tennessee will always hold a special place in my heart. I’m still happily booking weddings there, especially for couples I’ve already connected with or who resonate with my style.
That said, my primary focus moving forward is serving couples across North and South Carolina, as well as North Georgia. I’m especially excited to work in cities like Charlotte, Asheville, Statesville, Mooresville, Hickory, Greenville, Spartanburg, and the North Georgia mountains.
For full-service wedding coverage, I travel up to five hours from Statesville before any travel fees apply — making it easy to bring me along for your celebration, whether it’s close to home or just over state lines.
If you’re new here, I’ve photographed weddings at mountain overlooks, garden venues, backyard celebrations, and lakeside estates. You can view some of my recent work [here]. Whether you’re planning a city wedding in Charlotte or a romantic elopement in the Blue Ridge, I’d love to bring your vision to life!
Life in Statesville...
So far, I’m loving the slower pace, the cozy downtown coffee shops (Lake Mountain Coffee is already a favorite!), the budding friendships, and our new church home. There’s so much exploring and adventuring I’m looking forward to, and I’ve already added a few hikes to my fall bucket list. North Carolina already feels like a place I want to stay for a long, long time.
